For instance, she led a research study aimed at formulating an optimized drug formulation to enhance its anticancer properties while minimizing systemic side effects. This formulation was evaluated for its antitumor effects against PC3, with the goal of improving cancer therapeutic protocols. Additionally, Dr. El-Didamony and her team achieved a significant milestone by isolating a fungus from honeybees, identified as Mucor bainieri MK-Bee-2, which exhibited promising anticancer activity against human lung and liver cancer cells. Notably, this fungus demonstrated higher selectivity in cancer cells compared to normal lung fibroblast and oral epithelial cells. Furthermore, she pioneered an environmentally safe electromagnetic fields (EMF) method at an extremely low frequency (50 Hz) for the control of mosquito-borne filariasis. Dr. Mohamed Mubarak’s academic journey began with his graduation from Al Mustansiriya College of Medicine in Baghdad, Republic of Iraq, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (M.B.Ch.B) in 2005. Prior to that, he completed his secondary education at Isa Town Secondary School in 1999. This strong educational foundation has enabled Dr. Mubarak to pursue specialized training and fellowships in neurosurgery, leading to his current role as a Fellow in Spine Surgery at the University Hospital North Midlands in the United Kingdom.

Dr. Mohamed Mubarak has a robust background in neurosurgery with extensive postgraduate training.
