He has successfully launched over 27 new products in this position and spearheaded the development of high-pressure additive manufacturing valves. Before Circor, he was a Principal Engineer in Research & Development (Pneumatics) at Elgi Equipment’s Limited, Coimbatore, from January 2011 to November 2019, where he led a team in developing over 60 new products, including screw air compressors and separators. He also won several awards for innovation and performance. Earlier in his career, Sainath worked as an Engineer in Design Engineering at Janatics India Private Limited, handling 3D modeling and detailed drawings for new products from June 2008 to December 2010.
