His B.Tech in EEE is from MLEC Singarayakonda, affiliated with JNTU, completed in April 2007, with a percentage of 71.5. Mr. Pola completed his Intermediate (BIE) from SAV&NVJR Jr. College, with a percentage of 91.4, in March 2003, and his Tenth (CBSE) from J.D.A.V Public School, with a percentage of 75.6, in March 2001.

Prior to this, he worked as an Assistant Professor at MIET, Jaggayyapeta, for 2.5 years, and at RKCE, Vijayawada, for 2 years.
