Prof. Ali Bagheri Dolatabadi is an accomplished scholar and Associate Professor at Yasouj University, Iran, specializing in Political Science and International Relations, with a particular focus on Middle Eastern politics, Iran’s foreign policy, geopolitics of energy, soft power, medical diplomacy, and global strategic studies. He earned his Ph.D. in International Relations from Tehran University, following his M.A. in International Relations and B.A. in Political Science from the same institution. Prof. Bagheri Dolatabadi began his academic career as an Assistant Professor in 2009 and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2017, contributing extensively to teaching and research at Yasouj University. He has actively participated in several research projects, including collaborations with international institutes such as the Institute for Middle East Strategic Studies and Tehran International Studies & Research Institute, enhancing the global understanding of regional politics and Iran’s strategic policies. His research output includes over 70 publications spanning high-impact journal articles, books, and translations, highlighting works on Iran-China relations, nuclear proliferation, Middle Eastern conflicts, and the interplay of political culture and diplomacy.
