Dr. Xu has been with Lishui University since 2005, where she has served in various capacities, including Lecturer, Associate Professor, and currently as a Coordinator for both the International Postgraduate Nursing Program and the Regular Postgraduate Nursing Program. Her extensive experience also includes serving as Associate Director of the Department of Nursing Sciences and as a Health Counselor for Wanxiang Community.
