Dr. Nima Babolanimogadam has extensive experience in research and project management in the fields of pharmacy and biotechnology. He served as a Research Project Manager and Thesis Advisor for the general doctor of pharmacy at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ardabil University of Medical Sciences, focusing on the production of anti-microbial therapeutic films for the treatment of bedsores (2022-2023). Aboshanab is a professor of microbiology and immunology and the Vice Dean for postgraduate studies and scientific research at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He earned his Ph.D. from Wuppertal University, Germany in 2005. Dr. Aboshanab is a member of the American Society of Microbiology (ASM) and a reporter of the medical sector of the strategic research committee of Ain Shams University. He served as the director of the quality assurance unit (QAU) of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ain Shams University from October 2012 to October 2017 and was a member of the permanent committee of postgraduate studies and scientific research. Dr. Aboshanab has supervised 26 Ph.D. students and 32 Master’s students from Ain Shams University, other universities, medical institutes, and pharmaceutical industries in Egypt. He holds one international patent and has published 99 international and 125 national scientific publications, one international book, and 136 gene submissions in the NCBI GenBank database.
