In 2006, she earned her Doctorat in Management Science from HEC Paris in France, showcasing her dedication to advanced studies in her field. Prior to this, in 1999, she completed her DEA in Strategy and Management from HEC and University Paris X, Nanterre, France, demonstrating her early commitment to the field of strategy and management. Dr. Serdyukov’s educational journey also includes an MBA with a specialization in marketing, which she pursued at KIMEP in Kazakhstan from 1994 to 1996, further enriching her knowledge in the business and marketing domains. Her educational foundation was laid at the State University of World Civilization & Foreign Languages in Russia, where she pursued a combined Bachelor and Master’s Degree in French and German from 1984 to 1989, showcasing her early passion for languages and international studies. From September 2003 to August 2022, Dr. Svetlana Serdyukov served as an Associate Professor at NEOMA Business School in Reims, France, within the department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship. In this role, she was actively engaged in various aspects of academic life, including curriculum design and development, jury participation, and the creation of new courses for both the Global Executive MBA and Specialized Master programs. Dr. Serdyukov demonstrated her commitment to international education by organizing International Learning Expeditions to countries such as China, the USA, South Africa, and Ghana. Additionally, she taught strategy courses as part of the Executive MBA program in Iran and China, showcasing her global reach and impact. Dr. Serdyukov’s pedagogical approach was marked by innovation, as she created fully digital courses that leveraged new technologies and gamification to enhance the learning experience for her students.
