From June 2023 to September 2023, she worked with PwC Sustainability LLC (Japan), where she contributed to consulting projects focused on long-term corporate vision, sustainability, and CSR strategy formulation. Her role included analyzing climate change adaptation measures and information disclosure practices for Ac-Planta Inc., one of Japan’s major food companies. Prior to this, from May 2022 to July 2023, Ms. Tsujino was associated with Ac-Planta Inc., a company specializing in the development of biostimulants for plants in drought and water-stressed environments. In this role, she conducted overseas market research, particularly in water-scarce areas, and presented her findings to the CEO and legal manager, showcasing her strong analytical and presentation skills.
