Dr. Massami Rukiko completed her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in Dodoma, Tanzania, from 2016 to 2023. Her doctoral thesis was titled “Impact of Conditional Cash Transfer Program on Health Outcomes in Tanzania.” Prior to her PhD, she pursued a Master of Business Administration-Agribusiness at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) in Morogoro, Tanzania, from 2008 to 2010. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from SUA, completed from 2004 to 2007.

Dr. Massami Rukiko has actively participated in several training workshops and courses to enhance her skills and knowledge. In June 2019, she attended a training workshop on impact evaluation, focusing on Introduction to Experimental and Quasi Experimental evaluation methods at the University of Dodoma.
