Heshmatollah Nourizadeh was born in Halilan district of Shirvan and Chardavol in Ilam province, Iran. He received his B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from Technical and Vocational University (TVU), Semnan, Iran, in 2017. He finished his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at Semnan University, Semnan, Iran, in 2019. His research interests include smart grid, modeling and analysis of Distributed Generation and Renewable energy, optimization and application of artificial intelligence in power systems, Power Quality, Power Systems Planning.

Mr. Hashmatollah Nourizadeh completed his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at Semnan University of Technology, with a GPA of 1.25, from 2015 to 2017. He then pursued his Master of Electrical Engineering at Semnan University, achieving a GPA of 1.3 from 2017 to 2019.
Work Experience:
Mr. Hashmatollah Nourizadeh served as an Engineer Designer of Power Systems at Entrepreneurs West Institute from April 2019 onwards. In this role, he was responsible for designing power systems for industrial city companies. Additionally, from October 2014 to May 2015, he worked as a Lecturer of specialized software training courses at Technical and Vocational University, where he provided training in Matlab, Digsilent, and Labvolt software.

Mr. Hashmatollah Nourizadeh has achieved significant recognition for his academic achievements, including winning the first prize at Iran’s Top Theses Festival Special Prize awarded by Professor Hasabi in October 2019. He excelled as an undergraduate student at Semnan University with a GPA of 1.351, graduating in August 2017, and continued his academic success as a graduate student at Semnan University with a GPA of 1.897, completing his studies in August 2019. Additionally, Mr. Nourizadeh is a member of the Semnan State Elite Foundation since August 2016, highlighting his commitment to academic excellence and achievement.
