Changqing Xiang pursued his Bachelor’s degree in Education at Wuhan Sports University in Wuhan, China, from September 10, 2011, to June 30, 2015. He continued his education at the same institution, completing his Master’s degree in Education from September 18, 2015, to June 30, 2018.

Changqing Xiang has a diverse work experience that reflects his passion for physical education and sports. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Physical Education at the Department of Sport Studies, Faculty of Educational Studies, UPM, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence, reflected in his impressive CGPA of 3.75. Changqing Xiang began his academic journey by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance Performance from Wuhan Sports University in 2015. He then furthered his education by completing a Master’s degree in Physical Education and Training at Wuhan Sports University. His professional journey has been marked by a keen interest in sports talent cultivation analysis, particularly focusing on adolescent sports and physical activity. This interest has led him to become a member of the European College of Sport Science (ECSS) in 2018, showcasing his dedication to the field.

Changqing Xiang’s research interests revolve around sports talent cultivation analysis, with a specific focus on adolescent sports and physical activity. His work aims to enhance understanding and optimize strategies for developing young athletes’ potential and promoting physical fitness among adolescents. He is particularly interested in exploring the various factors that contribute to successful talent development in sports, including physiological, psychological, and social aspects. By examining these factors, Changqing Xiang seeks to identify effective methods for identifying, nurturing, and supporting talented young athletes.
