He have pursued my education with a focus on healthcare and sciences. At Kabul University of Medical Sciences, he working towards a Professional Degree (DMD) in Doctor of Dental Medicine, specializing in Oral Medicine & Health and Oral Surgery. Enrolled since March 2016, he  expected to complete my studies in May 2022. Alongside my dental studies, He taking up specialization courses in public health to broaden skill set. EDUCATION:

She completed PhD in Microbiology from Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad, Pakistan, focusing on Gut Microbial Genomics and Probiotic Product (PP) research. she successfully defended  thesis in May 2016 with a distinction and achieved an 80% grade. Prior to PhD, She obtained an M. Phil. in Microbiology from the same university, also defending thesis successfully with a distinction and an 80% grade.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Throughout career, she have achieved several significant milestones, including the establishment of a Probiotic Development Lab and the development of AI-based probiotic and prebiotic products. she have also created a Bioinformatic tool called Probiopredict, which is used for predicting probiotic product outcomes. Additionally, she have successfully secured funding for, executed, and monitored development projects from various donor agencies. she role has also involved supervising or co-supervising over 50 Ph.D., M.Phil, and MS students. Furthermore, she have organized numerous trainings, webinars, and workshops on Probiotic Genomics for both national and international trainees. she contributions to research are reflected in over 100 published national and international research articles, as well as role as an editor for books on Probiotic and AI.

EXPERIENCE:

With over 15 years of experience in Health status and production enhancement through Microbial Genomics, she have developed a strong set of skills in both dry and wet lab environments. In dry lab work, she specialize in NGS Data Analysis, including Small Genome Sequencing for alignment and assembly, functional annotations, and 16S rRNA gene sequencing for phylogenetic analysis and comparative genomics. she am proficient in using tools such as BLAST, Sequence Analysis Tools, SNP effect analysis, EBI-Tool-Protein Alignment, and Multiple Sequence Alignment. Additionally, she have expertise in Functional Genomics using WGS/NGS platforms for enhancing animal/human productivity and applying NGS applications in probiotic science. she also skilled in using I-TASSER for predicting three-dimensional protein structure models, SNP detection using statistical analyses, and conducting association studies with probiotics. she have developed a Bioinformatic tool called Probiopredict for predicting probiotic products and have experience in probiotic markers/genes and pathway analyses using RAST, PATRIC, and Generous Software.

AWARD AND HONOR:

In 2021, she was honored with the Young Biotechnology Award by the Society for the Uplifting of Rural Areas (SURA) in Agra, India. This award was presented to me at the College of Agriculture (Rukmani Devi Group) Sarawali during an event held from November 12th to 14th, 2021.

Additionally, she have organized several training events, workshops, and webinars. These include the One Day NIGAB Webinar Series titled “Use of Advanced Molecular Techniques in Sustainable Agriculture,” which took place on February 24, 2023, and October 11, 2022, at ONLINE NIGAB, Islamabad, Pakistan. I also organized a 2-day hands-on training/workshop on Microbial NGS Data Analysis and Machine Learning at NIGAB, Islamabad, Pakistan, on December 14th and 15th, 2022, where she served as the Chief Organizer. Furthermore, she organized the One Day International Conference of Genomics of Beneficial Microbes on December 23, 2021, and the One Day International Conference of Genomics of Animal Gut Microbes on June 22, 2022, both held at ONLINE NIGAB, Islamabad, Pakistan.

RESEARCH PROJECTS:

she have been involved in several research projects aimed at enhancing agricultural productivity through innovative solutions. As the Principal Investigator/Project Manager, she successfully completed the project “Development of Indigenous Feed Additive Prebiotic and Products to Improve Productivity of Dairy Buffalo in Cost-Effective Manners,” funded by the Punjab Agricultural Research Board (PARB), Pakistan, with a grant of 15.86 million rupees, from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, she currently leading a project funded by the Agricultural Linkage Programme (ALP), Pakistan, with a grant of 10.15 million rupees, focusing on the NGS-based identification of yeast for the preparation of yeast extract from 2021 to 2024. Furthermore, she have been selected for another project under the Agricultural Linkage Programme (ALP), Pakistan, with a grant of 10.12 million rupees, in 2022, which aims to develop probiotic poultry products.
