Education

Dr. Hadi Karimkhani holds a Second Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Stem Cell Research, currently in progress at Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Faculty of Medicine. He completed his first Ph.D. in Medical Biochemistry at the Osmangazi University Eskisehir, Turkey, in 2016, and obtained a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the Islamic Azad University of Urmia, Iran, in 2008.

Professional Experience

Dr. Karimkhani is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at Okan University, Istanbul, Turkey, since 2018. Previously, he worked as a Lecturer (Dr) at Istanbul Medipol University, Istanbul, Turkey, from 2016 to 2018. He has also served as a Volunteer Research and Teaching Assistant in the Medical Biochemistry Department at Eskisehir Osmangazi Medical School from 2011 to 2016.

Research Interests

Dr. Karimkhani’s research interests include investigating the protective effects of various compounds in myocardial infarction, as well as assessing the frequency of Pasteurellosis in cattle. He is particularly focused on the apoptotic effects of natural substances on breast cancer cell lines.

Dr. Karimkhani has supervised several Master’s theses on topics related to cancer research and oral health. He has also received training in animal experiments and holds a certification for Education and Training in the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals.
