Dr. Alice Kennard is currently pursuing her Ph.D., having commenced in 2020. In 2022, she completed VitalTalk Faculty and Facilitation Training. Dr. Kennard holds an academic appointment as a Senior Clinical Lecturer at the Australian National University, starting in 2020. In 2019, she earned a Masters of Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Newcastle and a Clinical Diploma of Palliative Care from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Dr. Kennard achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians with a subspecialty in Nephrology in 2017. Since 2018, Dr. Alice Kennard has been serving as a Staff Specialist Nephrologist and Renal Supportive Care Specialist at The Canberra Hospital. She also holds the academic title of Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University. Prior to this role, in 2018, Dr. Kennard worked as a Palliative Care Registrar at Clare Holland House in the ACT. In 2017, she was a Final year advanced trainee at Sunshine Coast University Hospital in QLD, and from 2015 to 2016, she served as a Second year advanced trainee at The Canberra Hospital in the ACT. Dr. Kennard began her advanced training as a First year advanced trainee at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane, QLD, in 2014.
