Prior to this, he obtained an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India, in March 2012. Dr. Shukla began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering (Honors) from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi, India, which he completed in May 2008.
