From September 2003 to August 2022, Dr. Svetlana Serdyukov served as an Associate Professor at NEOMA Business School in Reims, France, within the department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship. In this role, she was actively engaged in various aspects of academic life, including curriculum design and development, jury participation, and the creation of new courses for both the Global Executive MBA and Specialized Master programs. Dr. Serdyukov demonstrated her commitment to international education by organizing International Learning Expeditions to countries such as China, the USA, South Africa, and Ghana. Additionally, she taught strategy courses as part of the Executive MBA program in Iran and China, showcasing her global reach and impact. Dr. Serdyukov’s pedagogical approach was marked by innovation, as she created fully digital courses that leveraged new technologies and gamification to enhance the learning experience for her students. During this time, she expanded her academic horizons and contributed to the intellectual community at HEC Montreal.Prior to her role at NEOMA Business School, from 2010 to 2012, Dr. Serdyukov served as a Professor in Project Management and Strategy at RMS in Casablanca, Morocco.
