Prof. Mesay Alemu Tolcha has a distinguished career in academia and industry. Since 2019, he has served as an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Jimma Institute of Technology (JiT) in Ethiopia, following a tenure as an Assistant Professor from 2015 to 2019. His previous roles include Ethics and Anti-corruption Officer (2014-2017) and Continuing and Distance Education Coordinator (2012-2013) at JiT.
