In September 2023, she was awarded the Global Grant Scholarship by the Rotary Foundation, providing her with a full scholarship and stipend for her graduate studies at the University of Oxford. In September 2022, Ms. Tsujino received the One Young Youth Summit Delegate Scholarship from Asahi Group Holdings (UK), which fully funded her participation as a delegate from Japan at the One Young Forum 2022. During the forum, she engaged in discussions on climate change-related topics. Additionally, Ms. Tsujino was honored with The First National High School Memorial Award at the University of Tokyo in April 2023 for her outstanding academic performance. Experience:

During her professional journey, Ms. Mana Tsujino has been actively engaged in various impactful roles. From June 2023 to September 2023, she worked with PwC Sustainability LLC (Japan), where she contributed to consulting projects focused on long-term corporate vision, sustainability, and CSR strategy formulation. Her role included analyzing climate change adaptation measures and information disclosure practices for Ac-Planta Inc., one of Japan’s major food companies. Prior to this, from May 2022 to July 2023, Ms. Tsujino was associated with Ac-Planta Inc., a company specializing in the development of biostimulants for plants in drought and water-stressed environments. In this role, she conducted overseas market research, particularly in water-scarce areas, and presented her findings to the CEO and legal manager, showcasing her strong analytical and presentation skills. Additionally, Ms. Tsujino has demonstrated her commitment to community service and education. During her internship at CheerfulSmile in Cambodia in January 2022 to February 2022, she played an active role in teaching English and leading a class of over 20 students.
