Teaching Experience:

Prof Iqbal Thonse Hawaldar has a wealth of teaching experience across various institutions. He started his career at Bhuvanendra College, Karkala, India, where he served as a Lecturer from June 1996 to June 1999. Following this, he joined S.D.M. College of Business Management, Mangalore, India, as an Assistant Professor, where he taught from June 1999 to September 2006. Subsequently, Prof Iqbal moved to the Post Graduate Department of Business Administration (MBA) at P.A. College of Engineering, Mangalore, India, where he served as a Professor of Finance from September 2006 to September 2009.

In October 2009, Prof Iqbal transitioned to the College of Business Administration, Kingdom University, Bahrain, starting as an Assistant Professor. He was promoted to Associate Professor in November 2011, and then to the position of Professor in December 2017. Prof Iqbal continues to teach at Hawaldar College of Business Administration, Kingdom University, Bahrain, where he has been a Professor since December 27, 2017.

Administrative Experience:

Prof Iqbal Thonse Hawaldar has held several key administrative roles throughout his career. Since April 15, 2013, he has served as the Assistant to the President for Accreditation and Quality Assurance. Prior to this, from November 1, 2011, to April 14, 2013, Prof Iqbal was the Dean of the College of Business Administration at Kingdom University, Bahrain. During his tenure at Kingdom University, he also served as the Chairman of the Department of Accounting and Finance from October 18, 2015, to March 2017. These roles have allowed Prof Iqbal to contribute significantly to the administration and development of academic programs and institutional quality.
