Prior to his Ph.D., Nicholas earned his MA in Communication from San Diego State University and his BA in Communication with Honors from California State University San Marcos. I pursued a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the University of Neyshabur, Neyshabur, Razavi Khorasan, Iran, graduating between 2021 and 2023. Prior to this, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) at Mashhad Azad University, Mashhad, Razavi Khorasan, Iran, from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, I have been serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alvand Tejarat Kazemi (SME) in Mashhad, Razavi Khorasan, Iran, since April 2016.

Achievements:

I have a strong background in strategic planning, operations management, and team leadership. In my previous role, I led strategic planning and directed operations for the entire organization, ensuring the successful execution of major projects while adhering to budget, timeline, and quality standards. I developed and implemented strategic plans to achieve company goals and managed a team of 14+ employees, resulting in annual revenue growth of 7% for two consecutive years. Additionally, I established strong relationships with key stakeholders, leading to successful partnerships and increased market share. Moreover, I implemented a performance management system that significantly improved employee productivity and satisfaction.
