Her master’s dissertation project focuses on climate change and water resilience strategies in the Philippines. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor’s program in Environmental Sciences at the University of Tokyo, Japan, from April 2019 to March 2023, with a GPA of 3.6 in specialized subjects. During her undergraduate studies, she achieved a top 4 grade in the faculty of over 250 people. During her professional journey, Ms. Mana Tsujino has been actively engaged in various impactful roles. From June 2023 to September 2023, she worked with PwC Sustainability LLC (Japan), where she contributed to consulting projects focused on long-term corporate vision, sustainability, and CSR strategy formulation. Her role included analyzing climate change adaptation measures and information disclosure practices for Ac-Planta Inc., one of Japan’s major food companies. Prior to this, from May 2022 to July 2023, Ms. Tsujino was associated with Ac-Planta Inc., a company specializing in the development of biostimulants for plants in drought and water-stressed environments. In this role, she conducted overseas market research, particularly in water-scarce areas, and presented her findings to the CEO and legal manager, showcasing her strong analytical and presentation skills.
