Dr. Rashmi Kumari holds the following educational qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture (Gold medalist) from NIT Patna; Master of Urban and Rural Planning from IIT Roorkee; and Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee. She completed her Ph.D. in 2016 from IIT Roorkee, her postgraduate degree in Urban and Rural Planning in 2011 from IIT Roorkee with a CGPA of 8.28, and her undergraduate degree in Architecture in 2009 from NIT Patna with a CGPA of 8.66. Rashmi Kumari completed her Twelfth Class from Anugrah Narayan College, Patna, in 2002 with 57.78%, and her Tenth Class from High School Phulwari Sharif, Patna, in 2000 with 62.00%.

Teaching Experience:

Dr. Rashmi Kumari has accumulated valuable teaching experience over the years. She began her academic career as a Lecturer in the Department of Architecture at NITH, where she taught from 17/11/2014 to 16/11/2015, gaining 12 months of experience. Subsequently, she served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture at SMVDU from 02/03/2017 to 03/12/2018, amassing 21 months of experience. Currently, Dr. Kumari continues her teaching journey as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture at NIT Hamirpur, a position she has held since 05/12/2018, totaling 62 months of teaching experience to date.

Dr. Rashmi Kumari worked as an Assistant Architect at Studio:CURE from 7/01/2016 to 31/01/2017, accumulating 1 year of valuable professional experience.

Administrative Experience:

Dr. Rashmi Kumari has held various administrative positions, showcasing her leadership and organizational skills. She served as the Assistant Warden at Ambika Girls Hostel from 25/03/2019 to 31/05/2020, ensuring the well-being and discipline of the residents. Additionally, she took on the role of Assistant Faculty In-charge of Cultural Activities and Clubs from 20/12/2018 to 03/12/2019, overseeing the development of extracurricular programs. Dr. Kumari also demonstrated her managerial abilities as the Convener of DBPC from 19/08/2019 to 31/07/2021, coordinating various academic activities. Additionally, she has excelled academically, being the Class Topper in B. Arch, qualifying in GATE-09, and passing the IBPS-11 exam. Dr. Kumari is also fluent in English (S/R/W) and Hindi (S/R/W).

Dr. Rashmi Kumari has been actively involved in various extracurricular activities, showcasing her diverse talents and interests. She participated in national seminars such as the National Seminar on Disaster Mitigation in Housing in India (HDMFA2010) and the National Seminar on Research Activities in Disaster Mitigation for Housing in India (HDMR09) held at IIT Roorkee in 2010 and 2009, respectively. In 2008, at the Annual Cultural Festival-08 held at NIT Patna, she emerged as a winner in many games and served as an Executive Member of the Athletic society. Her talent in design was recognized at CONCREATE-08 held at NIT Patna in 2008, where she won the 2nd prize in “Cipher,” an Autocad design competition. Dr. Kumari’s sporting prowess was evident when she became the Indoor Games Champion at the Annual Cultural Festival-06 held at NIT Patna in 2006. She also contributed to the organizational aspects of events, serving as an Organizing Member at Y.A.F.-05 organized by I.I.A. in 2005 and at the BUILDMAT EXHIBITION-2004 organized by I.I.A. in 2004. Additionally, she actively participated in the Annual NASA and ZONASA convention in 2004. Dr. Shafiq Ahmed completed his Ph.D. from Maulana Azad National Urdu University in Hyderabad in May 2023. He is also qualified in UGC NET & TSSET in 2019. Dr. Ahmed holds an M.A. in Public Policy & Administration from the Central University of Jammu, completed in 2017, a B.A. from the University of Jammu, completed in 2014, and completed his 12th grade from the J&K Board of School Education in 2010. He completed his 10th grade from the J&K Board of School Education in 2008.

Work Experience:

Dr. Shafiq Ahmed specializes in Urban Governance, Administrative Theory, Financial Administration, and Public Policy. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration at Loyola Academy, Old Alwal, Secunderabad, Telangana, India, from June 1, 2023, onwards.
