In the clinical field, Ahmad has worked for several years in various roles, including as a Registered Nurse in Adult and Pediatric Critical Care Units, a Clinical Instructor for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and a Nurse Educator in Children’s Hospitals. He also has experience as a Quality Improvement Coordinator and Manager for the Nursing Education Department.

His responsibilities expanded in September 2020 when he took on the role of Assistant Professor and Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Nursing at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, where he later served as Acting Dean in February 2020.
