The title of his dissertation was “The Motivational Dynamics of Retrieval-induced Forgetting: A Test of Cognitive Energetics Theory,” supervised by Prof. Antonio Pierro (University of Rome “La Sapienza”) and Prof. Arie W. Kruglanski (University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA).

He also holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology of Communication and Marketing from the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” completed from 2007 to 2009. The title of his dissertation was “Leader group prototypicality and group cohesiveness,” supervised by Prof. Antonio Pierro (University of Rome “La Sapienza”) and Prof. Daan van Knippenberg (Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Holland), with a mark of 110/110 cum laude.
