Dr. Mohammed Salah is a highly accomplished scholar with a strong academic background. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy – Administration & Management from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, in December 2021. Prior to this, he completed his Master of Public Policy at the same university, graduating with First Class Honors in February 2016 and ranking #1 in the batch of February 2014. Dr. Salah’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Public Policy (Hons) from University Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia, where he also graduated with First Class Honors and ranked #1 in the batch of January 2011. Additionally, he achieved a Band 7/9 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) (Academic) in March 2021.

Dr. Mohammed Salah is currently working as an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator (Public Administration) at Modern College of Business & Science in Oman. He has been with the Department of Business and Economics since January 2023.

Assoc Prof Dr Gennaro Pica completed his Ph.D. in Social Psychology at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” from 2009 to 2012. The title of his dissertation was “The Motivational Dynamics of Retrieval-induced Forgetting: A Test of Cognitive Energetics Theory,” supervised by Prof. Antonio Pierro (University of Rome “La Sapienza”) and Prof. Arie W. Kruglanski (University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA).

He also holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology of Communication and Marketing from the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” completed from 2007 to 2009. The title of his dissertation was “Leader group prototypicality and group cohesiveness,” supervised by Prof. Antonio Pierro (University of Rome “La Sapienza”) and Prof. Daan van Knippenberg (Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Holland), with a mark of 110/110 cum laude.

Additionally, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (course name: “Formazione, comunicazione e innovazione nei contesti sociali e organizzativi”) from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” from 2002 to 2006.
