He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy – Administration & Management from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, in December 2021. Prior to this, he completed his Master of Public Policy at the same university, graduating with First Class Honors in February 2016 and ranking #1 in the batch of February 2014. Dr. Salah’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Public Policy (Hons) from University Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia, where he also graduated with First Class Honors and ranked #1 in the batch of January 2011. Assoc Prof Dr Gennaro Pica completed his Ph.D. in Social Psychology at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” from 2009 to 2012.
