Following this, from January 2002 to July 2005, she worked as a Research Assistant at the Pharmazeutische Biologie Institut der UniversitΓ€t Heinrich-Heine in DΓΌsseldorf, Germany. In September 2005, Dr. Ibrahim returned to Assiut University as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacognosy at the Faculty of Pharmacy, where she served until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Dr. Ibrahim also took on the role of Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Taibah University, KSA. In October 2016, she was promoted to Professor in the same department. She academic journey began with a Bachelor’s in Biotechnology, securing 79.4% from MDU with a focus on Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology in 2008. In earlier years, She achieved a solid performance in Senior Secondary with 71% in CBSE Medical in 2005 and excelled in Secondary with 81.2% in CBSE General Science in 2003. This educational trajectory reflects my commitment to the field of Biotechnology and a consistent pursuit of academic excellence.

RESEARCH PROJECTS AND TITLE:

InΒ  role as the Principal Investigator (PI), She leading a research project titled “Isolation, characterization of herbal plant constituents and their effect on curing Osteoporosis using osteoblastic cell lines.” This initiative, funded by the National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB) under the Ministry of AYUSH, involves a comprehensive exploration of herbal plant constituents. The project aims to isolate and characterize bioactive compounds from medicinal plants, focusing on their potential in treating Osteoporosis. The study involves the use of osteoblastic cell lines to assess the therapeutic impact of these herbal constituents. The NMPB has generously allocated 40.0 Lakhs for the successful execution of this research endeavor.

Additionally, She spearheading another significant research project titled “Estimation of potency of anti-cancerous Thiosemicarbozones and its derivatives via genotoxic and cytotoxic biomarkers in cancer patients.” As the PI, She overseeing this project funded by the Seed Fund at Sharda University. The study aims to evaluate the efficacy of anti-cancerous Thiosemicarbozones and their derivatives through the assessment of genotoxic and cytotoxic biomarkers in cancer patients. The Seed Fund has allocated 1 Lakh for the successful completion of this research initiative.

She currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Life Sciences at SBSR, Sharda University, Greater Noida, since January 2020. In this role, She actively engaged in teaching, contributing to the academic growth and development of students. Prior to current position, She held the position of Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Biotechnology at G.V.M. Girls College, Sonipat, from August 2016 to December 2019. During this tenure, She not only imparted knowledge to students but also provided leadership in managing the department’s academic activities. Before joining G.V.M. Girls College, She served as an Assistant Professor at KVADAV College, Karnal, from August 2015 to April 2016, and at SD College, Ambala cantt, from January 2015 to April 2015. These roles provided me with diverse teaching experiences and enriched she understanding of the academic landscape.
